On May 9, on the occasion of Victory and Peace Day the RA NA Vice Presidents Alen Simonyan and Vahe Enfiajyan, the RA NA deputies, the representatives of the NA Staff visited Mother Armenia Memorial Complex. They laid wreaths and flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and honoured with silence and bowing in memory of the victims in the Great Patriotic War and the Artsakh Liberation War.

The RA and the RF state anthems were sounded, after which the soldiers and the military of Armenia and Russia held festive march.

The parliamentarians and the representatives of the senior positions of the country with the Great Patriotic War veterans tasted military food, raised a glass and congratulated each other on the occasion of Victory and Peace Day in the field kitchen deployed nearby the Mother Armenia Monument.
